The hotel's location right on the slopes and close to the wellness area is perfect. The shuttle service to the town and cable car station was excellent, making it easy for us to explore the area. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our requests were promptly and satisfactorily met. The hotel facilities, particularly the spa and outdoor pool, were great. The breakfast provided was delicious and the hotel was clean and well-maintained.
Everything is what we need and want.

Great location for winter sports enthusiasts. Awesome ski, in/ski, out facilities. Lovely views of the snow, capped mountains.
Terrible experience for a romantic escape: the hotel ambiance was not cozy enough. the rooms were crowded, with no privacy, the spa facilities were outdated and not very well maintained.

The hotel is perfectly located on the slopes, providing easy access and offering excellent service. The rooms are well-designed, with comfortable beds, fluffy towels, and plenty of storage. The staff is attentive and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast and dinner options are delicious, and guests can enjoy a cocktail by the fire before dinner. The hotel also offers amenities such as a pool and free car service to the center.
Some waitresses at the afterski bar lacked professionalism and kindness, affecting the overall experience.

Our romantic escape was very enjoyable. The hotel is perfectly located for skiing, with direct access to the slopes. The room was cozy and had a lovely view of the snowy landscape. We particularly enjoyed the spa area and the outdoor hot tub, which was a unique experience. The food was also excellent, with a good range of options.
The service at dinner was a bit too fast-paced for our liking. We felt rushed through our meal, as the plates were cleared away as soon as we finished eating.

This hotel is perfectly located for ski vacationers with easy access to ski lifts and an indoor-outdoor apres bar. the rooms are nicely decorated, equipped with down comforters, and L'Occitaine toiletry products, while the ski lockers keep the snow away from the hotel rooms. Guests can enjoy a lovely breakfast buffet and a four-course dinner with different options that guests choose during the breakfast itself. There is a peaceful spa with various facilities, and an outdoor hot tub and pool surrounded by stunning views.
The speed of the food serving in the evening might feel a bit too fast and could interfere with the fine dining experience they aim for, making guests feel a bit rushed.

During my Xmas vacation stay, I appreciated the two complimentary activities offered by the hotel, which included the guided snowshoeing tour and the afternoon hot chocolate and cake. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a few steps away from the ski slopes and the ski rental shop. Plus, the view from the room balcony was breathtaking and made waking up in the morning a pleasure.
I was disappointed by the quality of the food offered at the hotel's restaurant, which did not live up to my expectations and the price paid for the stay. Additionally, the staff was not always welcoming and I encountered a rude waiter who did not seem to enjoy their job.
